I have absolutely loved living at Hunter’s Ridge! The apartments themselves are so spacious and well maintained. The pricing for the units are extremely reasonable, and i can’t think of anywhere else where you can find the same high ceilings, open layout, spacious bathrooms, and walk in closets. The amenities are also very clean and well maintained! I personally love the northwest corner of Lawrence where Hunter’s ridge is located. It is so quiet, safe, and has everything you would need close by! Everyone at Hunter’s Ridge has been helpful and responsive, and i am so so sad to be leaving! Couldn’t recommend this apartment complex more!

Very disappointed in the Regional Manager and Owner of this apartment complex. After calling us to let us know we had left a couple of items in our apartment and after we made arrangements to have the items picked up they let us know they discarded them in the trash compactor. Based on our understanding they violated their own in-house procedures. So very disappointed.

Lived here about 4 years. They leave you alone and they fix stuff quickly. I was on the crapper and filled out a maintenance request for my toilet float getting stuck. Before I was done pooping maintenance was knocking on my door, ready to fix it. Also, they have the old top loading style washers that actually get your clothes clean.

They have ANOTHER reason why the pool is not open. This is 2 out of the last 3 years they cannot open the pool on time. The new excuse is the staff quit. The apartment is nice. The management is worthless. They cannot open the pool on time, owner is too cheap to hire outside professionals. Place is going downhill fast. Sad to see. It was so nice a few years ago.
