The staff are top notch professionals. My appointment was st for 8:00, it wasn’t until 9:13 before I actually got in for the physical. I was unaware that they take walk ins. The X-ray tech was out on maternity leave, they were prompt in finding another ( Concentra ) facility to send me to complete the physical. Nine months is enough time to find temporary replacement. After arriving at the second location I was able to get right in after only waiting ten minutes. Overall it was a good experience at both locations and I would recommend them. Thank you CONCENTRA for your professional service as well as your kindness.

I only rated 1 star because it wouldn't let me do zero. I saw a total of 5 people besides the front desk staff. Only 1 was willing to listen to me. I was almost in tears with how the first 3 staff treated me. The dr wasn't as rude but told me not to worry about the way the rest of the staff treated me. I will not go back to this location .
