If you are buying bullion prices are on par with large online dealers but I like the fact that you walk out the door with the investment that day. The name is confusing because the store is in Meirotto Jewelers. The building itself is a bit intimidating if you are used to shopping other coin shops. I did not see any numismatics on display. The counter was busy as silver and gold were both at a 6 month low that day so I didn't want to try and have him show me stock. The only real downside would be there was only one person to handle the precious metal transactions but I realize this is probably not an every day customer load. I will be returning.

Not a very big selection of coins didn't see any paper money it's a very big jewelry store so if you are looking for a ring or watches ect. Then it might be the place for you

If they are in good condition and not too worn down they're worth about a nickel a piece
I typically pay 2x for wheat pennies. So 1000 pennies would be 10.00$ I would offer 20$. Depending condition and certain dates/mints. May be more. But on avg that's what I pay. I'm a collector, not associated with any stores.
Yes most likely
1944 pennies with no mint mark aren't necessarily remarkable. There were more than 2 billion pennies minted that year and 1.4 billion were from the Philadelphia mint which typically doesn't use a mint mark. I have seen lots of people trying to sell regular Philadelphia-minted pennies for ridiculous prices. Of course, condition matters and you can probably get buck or two for a pristine example.
Ebay
Well if it's not graded then probably nothing at all and I'm guessing that you're probably new to numismatics there are only a few grading companies that are reputable PCGS NGC icg and anacs don't buy anything from unusual grading companies unless you had time to train your eyes to know what to look for as far as cleaning and whatnot but even then sometimes you'll get presented with a coin that looks problem free and it will still get rejected so if it's a high-end coin most people would have it certified before purchasing or selling
Hi Alicia, that is a face value coin. Let us know if you have other questions!
Gold is gold....if youre just melting it down. I would definitely grade a coin that was worth some serious money. Check out the guide to grading at PCGS.com first so you get an idea of what you have.
I'm not sure if they are on ebay if you want my opinion about the place there coin selection is very small
They might the place I went doesn't have a big selection of coins didn't see any paper money all I can say is its very different than the pictures they don't specifically deal in that kind of stuff its a big jewelry store I would take it somewhere else
Right now your paying about 6 dollars over spot price. When you sell silver it's about 2 dollars below spot price.... or what ever Eric feels like that day. Prescious metals is kinda shady. Have fun.
Unless it's never been touched by human hands it's worth face value
No, we do not buy error coins unless they are independently certified first. You would first need to have the coins graded and certified by a company that specializes in certifying coins. There are several companies that do this, and they charge a fee, so it may or may not be worth the cost of having the coin certified.
It depends. We buy any coins with value which includes actual silver and gold coins and most U.S. coins. Just because a coin is old does not mean it has value. We would need to see the exact coin to determine if is something we would buy.
Nah...I'd throw them in a fountain and make a wish if I were you..
They would definitely be able to tell you... Maybe you can give them a call... Very professional and honest people... If you decide to go It may be a little wait to get assisted they call you according to the number you have
We buy Mexico coins if they are current circulating coins, or if they contain silver or gold. Some older Mexico coins intended for circulation have been demonetized and generally have little or no value. We would be willing to take a look at them and if you have a large quantity, we may be able to pay you something for them if its part of a larger lot of coins.
Yes we do.
