If you care about your vehicles at all don't go here. This place has been going downhill for a while now and this recent damage to my car was the last straw for me. They have a LONG list of damages they are not liable for, so even if they see how the damage occurred they still won't take responsibility and YOU the consumer that pays their wages and keeps their company in business has to fix it yourself. They lost a customer of 6 years but I'm sure it makes no difference to them since so many other people still go. Whoever the owner is needs to be more present and check the equipment more frequently and set up a better customer service. Hand wash car services for me from here on out. I rather spend a little more and make sure the job is done right and my car stays in the condition it first arrives in.

Good service but absolutely trash and faulty machinery. The automatic rollers completely scratched the roof of my car. If you care about your paint do not come here. I even bought the Platinum option, which supposedly is their best and all it did was cause my car damage.

The car wash didn't do a very good job. My car wasn't even that dirty. I have had better car washes at similar places with much better results. My rims were never touched at all by any brushes unlike the other car wash I go to. It was a waste of money going here. Only good thing was that the vacuums work pretty good.
