THANK YOU Jackson Hewitt. I was really confused on where to go next after learning that the tax people I always go to closed down because of COVID. I wanted to make sure everything was done right though because the last thing I want during a time like this is problems with the IRS. I was welcomed by their supper friendly staff, you just feel at ease with them because they know what their talking about. The manager is so nice, she came out from her office to introduce herself and ensure all my questions was answered. I loved how she connected with me, and her efforts where truly genuine. Some places just want your money but not here they value the relationship with the customer. I will be back for many more years to come and let me just say this, sometimes you may have a bad experience at one location same company but you are totally blown away by giving it a shot, and this Jackson Hewitt deserves the business from the community.

I was told I was gonna be charge 250 for there service and that was a lie . I'm being charge almost 900$ for there service and the pages that break it down . was not given to me the only reason I found out was by getting dose pages on line in there Owen website. There crazy if they think I'm gonna pay them amount. Make sure u look at all the form before u leave the office.

Came here two years before and the service was wonderful. This year however, the service was terrible. I came in asking for an estimate (needed to know how much I owed before I was ready to process). One on the staff members (young lady maybe mid 20’s) took my information and informed me that the fee for estimates was 20$. I waited about half an hour before another staff member came in (middle aged Latina of fair complexion). She called my name off the waiting list, when I answered she aggressively asked me “what do you want?” She said it in such an aggressive and condescending manner that for a couple of seconds it even confused me. Here is the rest of the conversation Me: “uhm, my taxes “ Her: “you’re gonna do your taxes or do you just want an estimate?” Me: “yes, actually I’d like an estimate” Her: “ well it’s 50$” Me: “ the other staff member said it was 20$” Her: “well she’s wrong” Me: “there’s a huge sign on the wall that says the fee is 20$ for estimates” Her” well that’s wrong. It hasn’t been updated” Me: “no thank you. I don’t need any services” I’m not sure that this recap conveys how aggressive her demeanor was, she wanted me to praise the ground she walked on because of her tax skills. She does not know the meaning of customer service. However, thanks to this awful experience I resorted to do my taxes online for free. Stick it B!

Been coming here for years. Staff all speaks Spanish, which awesome for the parents. Very courteous, helpful, experienced staff. Went the other day to do my taxes - was in & out in about 25 mins; however, I will say that during afternoons and weekends it's best to have an appointment.

If you have a MyJH account, you can log-in and view your filed tax return. If you don’t have a MyJH account, you can reach out to your local office to see if they have a copy available. If you need a copy of your return from the IRS, you can request a photocopy or a computer transcript. Photocopies and transcripts are free from the IRS. If you need an actual copy, complete IRS Form 4506 and pay a $50 fee for your filed tax return and Form W-2.
To get a copy of your Form W-2 or Form 1099, first contact your employer or financial institution. If we used your W-2 to prepare your tax return, you can log into your MyJH account and view your filed tax return including your W-2. If you don’t have a MyJH account, contact your local office to see if they have a copy of your W2 available.
