Customer service was not good .The lady that help with my order was nice but the girl that kept going by and putting orders up front was rude when customers order was wrong and when customer told her she had said ,She will help u ! Which was lady at register.Not helpful 3 customers were waiting for ever for orders not good and it wasn't busy either

Yep, not the birria burrito I expected. Heck of lot more rice. Hardly meat. Otherwise, the meat is good mixed with the dipping sauce.

Love me some Pollo Loco, this one is usually clean, fast and friendly. Unfortunately, today was not a good day to come. The service lacked the friendliness and all the tables were dirty. Bummer. On the other hand the food is great.

They get busy but it has been pretty quick thr time I have been there. Less than 5 minute wait for ordering and the same for receiving my food.
