This Kohls is one of the few department stores in the Eastern Montgomery County and Northern Prince George's County retail store desert. Unfortunately, the changes to Kohls stores do not help to alleviate the retail desert in the area.

Went there to pay a bill. Tried to do it online but it became very hard to do that because of all the security questions and interrogations they had. Not my best online experience. Also was trying to find size 10 jean shorts for my wife. She is my atonic district is so mobility is kind of a difficult thing for her. No jeans shorts size 10 petite. Miserable.

Would give a zero if I could! Rude female at the customer service counter. Took EVERYTHING in me and the pleading of my child, to not curse her out!! I even returned my online order because of her and not wanting to spend another dollar at Kohl's!!

The store inventory surprised me. I originally went into the store to return an item I purchased on line. Let's just say I did not leave the store empty handed. Nice swim suit collection!
