The store is always nice and clean. There are a lot of dog toys, treats, and food. They also have special prices and promotions. The staff is nice. My dog always love their treat.

Recently I stop going inside the store because the service was so awful. However, the past 2 months when I call in or go into the store everyone is super helpful. Assante' the manager is incredible patient and makes you feel special on every call or visit. They're back to being my favorite place!

Really nice shop with a large selection of dog and cat food. They have a lot of organic and natural dog foods and even a freezer section for raw food. They are always welcome to help and sometimes have samples if you ask politely. I came here with my sister’s dog, the same dog as the Rockville Loyal Companion store, and he liked it just as much. It’s a bit smaller than that store but still has a great selection.

Great place with a nice selection of human grade pet foods. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the store has a nice reward system. My only complaint is parking. The parking lot is always overly crowed because of the surrounding stores.
