I live in Frederick County, I paid $15 as an out of county resident to come to this pool and I am just astonished at the conditions of the pool and equipment for opening weekend. The chairs are broken, dirty and seriously put out for use? Some are not even functional. The slides look absolutely dirty. And the lifeguards have broken umbrellas or in the case of this picture… its not even an umbrella but the skeleton. Look at this bench?? Looks like rotting wood! Please do better. I will definitely not be making that 45 min drive again. Also will be writing the county.

This was our first time visiting a public pool in MoCo and it was FANTASTIC! I cannot believe this place is so close and affordable. We had looked at joining local pool “clubs” that all had joining fees, waitlists, and boring pools. This place has at least 7 slides of varying height and difficulty starting with the very young. The “gator crossing” kept my older kids occupied a while. There are also 2 diving boards and 2 lap lanes. No concessions, but they don’t mind if you bring your own. We were allowed to bring in my toddler’s small inner tube but not our big ones. There are several large picnic tables in the shade. It is only open 3hrs/time (see pic) but that was just right for us. Will definitely be back and check out the other county pools!

First, they need to update the time of opening online. It’s not accurate. Not sure what time they open on weekends but weekdays its 1pm to 4pm and then from 5pm to 8pm. Second, the staff are not very friendly. This one guy in the front booth thinks he’s security. My toddler said hi to him like three times and he just ignored her. The pool is clean, it wasn’t too crowded when I went so that’s good. Prices are reasonable if you’re ax resident of Montgomery County. $5 up if I remember correctly. I feel bad for anyone who isn’t. Prices start at $15. If the staff weren’t so cold, I would give it 5 stars.

We had so much fun here. The kids didn't want to leave. You want to swim deep, they've got a huge pool for swimmers who want to dive. There's also the kids area with all the slides and fun stuff. Would definitely go back there.

No, you don't have to be a resident. They will just charge you extra if you are a non- resident. Make sure you reserve a spot onlone at active montgomery.gov
Hmmm... earlier answer says reservation is required. Which is it?
Yes they do...up to capacity
I would like to know. Me too. And for the sake of it. If they can give information. In order to. Get in. I need to buy a menbresia. Like last year. O. This year. I don't need it anymore.
Yes it is
A question. You can enter. Without menbrecia. This year or is the same. That the last year. That only with menbrecia.
You don't need a reservation, no
You do not need to be a member but you must have a valid ID to enter. Residents of Montgomery County: 1 - 17 years old: $ 5. 18 - 54 years old: $ 7. 55+ years: $ 6. If you live in a county, it costs more, $ 15. for all people.
No membership is required 15 dollars are paid
It is worth $ 7 per person, children think it is less, and ask for ID to see if it belongs to that area but, you can not enter.
