I keep getting other people's mail. Sometimes I am not receiving my bills which is extremely problematic. When I leave wrongly addressed mail in the box with "ANK" and the flag up, it takes days for the carrier to finally pick them up. Hours are difficult for working people. No automatic stamp machine to buy stamps or post a package outside of the extremely limited hours. Sad that government agencies are so poorly managed.

This is the worst post office. The lady at the counter needs a lesson in manners customer service and kindness. I have never met such a rude awful person with the worst attitude. I have been in there twice and will NOT go back I will drive to grain valley. She is the wrong person to put at the counter. She is a miserable person and wants to make everything and everyone around her miserable with her.
