My husband's prescription was filled quickly and the person that checked us out was fine, but the person who received the prescription was abrupt, uncaring and stated the prescription was too much for my husband's need. How would she know?!?!?! Is she a specialized surgeon? Did she just have rotator cuff surgery, involving patching a tendon and reattaching the bicep? If she is the pharmacist, which I'm not sure she would be, she should just do her job and not try to override doctor's orders! If she was the pharmacist than she could maybe ask questions if she has any and offer best way to take it ,but to just randomly say that is an awful high allowed amount of medication you shouldn't take that way shows her ignorance! I trust our surgeon, He's been doing this for years and did my knee replacement, he's awesome and well respected. Please train your staff that they are not the doctor and don't have the education or knowledge about the specific situation to override the doctor's orders! She didn't even ask why he would be prescribing it!

The staff at this pharmacy is beyond helpful and amazing. They worked after hours with my doctors and specialty pharmacy to ensure my case was taken care. Not only this but they checked in several times throughout a difficult process involving specialty medication to ensure I was being taken care of and inform me of possible solutions to the insurance battles I was facing.

My doctor called in a controlled medication. When I called to check on status I was told they were waiting on my Dr. to call back (very nice young man very friendly and helpful) . I’m ok with this because I understand the need for checks and balances. I waited 4 hours and called back and spoke to the same young man and he said “your in luck we just spoke to your Doctor and he answered all our questions” he said to give them 45 minutes and it would be ready. 1 1/2 hours later (because the app showed still pending) I called and spoke to a different person and he said that since I wasn’t in the store that my order wasn’t a priority! I told him that I had talked to someone earlier and that person said 45 minutes. He said “I don’t know who that would’ve been”. Nice to know that customers at home without transportation that just had major surgery who need pain medication are not a priority!
