Highly recommend this Starbucks!!! Visiting Chicago for the first time, this Starbucks is next to our hotel. Araceli was so friendly and very helpful! Ashley made our pink drink and it was perfect! Thank you Araceli for allowing my daughter to try the drink to make sure she likes it before I spend $7! I would have never thought to ask!

I came in about hour after opening and Patrick and Jessica nailed it! I ordered a few drinks and a couple of hot food items, food came out hot and drinks were amazing. Everything was clean and well kept, dramatic job guys!

Very great friendly service ! I haven’t been this good served at any Starbucks before ! Will be coming back again ! Malina is the sweetest! And Jessica very helpful and patient because I didn’t know what to order! Best crew I have seen at this location !

Very poor customer service. This is what i got for my order....this is supposed to be a cappuccino. The man who took my order was very fiesti like he didnt get him some good good this morning!!!! Very Unprofessional for a student going for business management!!!
