Nice hotel for a weekend visit and the location was excellent. Typical hotel issues not enough towels and our fridge was not cold would not stay cold even after it was repaired... Shout out to Suzette doing breakfast she was amazing and very helpful in telling us about different things around the city. Shout out to the manager that allowed us an early check-in and a late check out which worked excellent with our travel plans overall service was amazing

Service was great but it is an older hotel. The rooms had a weird smell and the towel I used had a slight cigarette smell. The bed was clean. There is a shuttle that goes to Midway which is why we stayed here. The shuttle is convenient but keep in mind the front desk needs you present in order to call it. The shuttle can be available every 20 minutes. It’s a pretty large shuttle that is shared with other hotels so there’s plenty of space but there could be many people as well. We were flying with 10 pieces of luggage and everything fit.

*Hotel Check In- After a long flight we arrive to the hotel.. We were told the key card system was down. Well it was down our entire stay! May 20th -22nd. We had to be let into our rooms by staff each and every time we left our rooms. Which was VERY inconvenient!! We had to wait on the 1 person they had running floor to floor assisting other guests to finally make it to your floor to let you in. I feel like a credit of some sort should have been issued for this inconvenience. *The Room-The Jr. Suite- 1 King size bed and 1 sofa sleeper, microwave & fridge. 2 Tv's. This room had no closet. Only a VERY VERY SMALL section where the iron /ironing board hung that held 4 or 5 short pieces. Anything long the garments would have been touching the floor! *Indoor Pool On Site *The Room Service- They only came if you called requesting something. And they did come so no problems there. Was told they didn't come in contact with rooms because of COVID-19. *The Hotel Breakfast served at 6am to 9am- The selections .....Cold Boiled Eggs, hot oatmeal, cold cereals (fruit loops, frosted flakes,etc.. bisquit/egg & cheese patty sausage, gravy, muffins, bananas, orange juice, milk, coffee.the second day was pretty much the same selections. *Other Food Options For Lunch and Dinner. Friday's was right in the Parking lot across from the hotel. Not even a 5 min walk. The food was great!!! *Final Thoughts- Would I stay here again? YES! but it will not be my first choice. And I would make sure the key card system is working

Good and very much easy to approach from Airport. However hotel management should provide basic amenities like drinking water which no traveller will carry all times specially when a guest is reaching late night. Also Hotel should update for pickup and drop facility which is available 24 hrs from Airport to hotel and back. This will be helpful for first time visitors.

If I remember correctly, it was $27.00 for the full buffet. Go next door to Doitrite Donuts. The best experience I have ever had. Any breakfast sandwich can be put on a donut and they have 3 gluten free flavors if you need to know that.
Thanks, for the answer. $17 per day was the last number I knew from several years ago. It may be higher now.
