Worst company to have worked for. Favoritism and racism exists at this facility and no one is held accountable for their actions. HR manager Cinthia is incompetent and does not do her job very well. Will talk out of her behind and will tell you one thing and go with the other. All management does is gossip and sit in their little office areas that barely fits a desk.

Our company switched to this location about six months ago. The transfer of uniforms from the other location was bumpy as we would expect with any transfer. Few missing articles at first were expected and thought it would be resolved after a couple weeks. Well, here we are nearly six months later and nearly every employee is still missing items. We have three new transfers on top of the existing ones that moved here over a month ago that still do not have any of their uniforms yet either. We have been in constant contact via email and phone along with in person with the service rep and we were assured it would all get resolved. It appears nobody at this branch has any idea what they are doing nor do they actually care for their customers. They continue to charge the full price for half the service, do not reply to emails or do anything whatsoever so far to get these issues resolved. While I firmly believe none of the big uniform companies are very good, I would go to any other company than this one. If you have no choice but to use Cintas, at least try to be serviced from any other branch than Bedford Park.

Be careful with this company, they will charge you for non existing things. Horrible horrible service and experience!!!
