Our rent has increased four times since the new owner took over we have no amenities just weeds and rats which I see in my yard once a week at least washing machines there are only two and they are both broke they don’t wash your clothes properly good luck my rent now is $800 a month not including electric and water

I've been here 7 months now and it's a quite place, and away from traffic. Which is nice considering I was up against the freeway before and paying $300 more. No one bothers you here and it's safe so far from what I've seen. The new owners are nice and doing a great job fixing things up. All around a decent place to live. If you can get a spot I highly recommend.
