Omggggg it was absolutely disgusting !!!!!! First of all it took 30 minutes to get our key and when I got the key we went to the room and it was absolutely NASTY!!!!! It wasn’t cleaned , it smelled like a hobo and cigarettes and there was blood on the sheets Empty pizza box in there and a screwdriver that looked like someone could’ve used it as a weapon, The front office lady also is almost never in there and she had 2 blacks eyes and was crying. While working Not to mention , all the twacks walking around scoping out cars …… DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE SAVE YOUR MONEYYYYYYY

On my arrival, there were two vehicles with broken windows in daylight. There was a hole in the back fence, near the train tracks. The room we stayed in reeked of marijuana. There were cigarette burns in the bedspread. There was an individual that attempted to sell me goods from their car in the wee hours of the morning. The jacuzzi tub in the suite was lovely. There was excellent camera coverage for the facility. The main lobby is locked after hours "for [the front desk helper's] safety." We reserved the room for two nights but left after one for another hotel. The price was perhaps a little higher than I'd have expected with how subpar the experience was, but there is always the chance my perception is selective, or this was just bad luck on the hotel's part. In any event, I don't think I'll be back any time soon.

Very horrible. Never stay here. It’s basically a place where druggies hangout. Someone knocked on our door furious bc they thought we were someone else demanding for their speaker. The sheets, floor and towels had stains of who knows what on them. Got woken up 2 times by druggies fighting with each other very loudly and dealing with their cars. The room was a non-smoking room and smelled like a smoking room! The bathtub and walls were very dirty as well. In conclusion, take your $ elsewhere!

Honestly don't expect much from this place. Rooms need some new designing and upgrades and other guests are not the friendliest... Fife's finest if you know what I mean! However what you see is what you get and the price per night reflects that, so I'm giving it a 4 star review because there is no deception in the quality based on the low pricing! The front desk is always friendly and very helpful and the staff always makes sure your room is equipped with everything you need! Overall, to me, that's all that really matters. Fancy doesn't need to be a factor here, I'm looking for a good cheap place to stay where I won't get bed bugs or roaches and this place does the job here for me. So if you are Ballin on a budget and need a cheap place to stay, this place will fit the bill!
