Amazing complex! The management team is very friendly and professional, they are always willing to help! The units are well maintained and have beautiful renovations. I highly recommend Pointe East Apartments!

The staff keeps changing. The old management was replaced with a new manager who is very rude and belittling to customers. Now all the old office and good maintenance people have all been replace. Not the best but not the worse. They tried their best to fix the problem. I would suggest walking through the apartment before the cleaning crew leaves to make sure they actually do a good job.Thank you for your review and suggestion, Jazmean. This is a great place to live, the staff is nice & quick with any service requests & the apartments are nice & are very spacious floor plans. You get a designated dining room which most apartments don’t have. Overall it’s a great apartment complex to live at. & the company throws events often for residents which is so much fun (:Thank you for the shout-out, Belmira!
