hayes is looking for short-order or grill cooks and/or counter wait staff who are stable, mature and reliable, and who want a permanent position (afternoons, evenings and weekends, I think). most of their people have been there for many, many years. if you know anyone, tell them to go apply in person. until they get staffed back up, I'd call before I go if you are traveling very far.
