Very very slow check in. The lady at the desk didn’t enter my information in right away an no one was in front of me so I’m in pain just sitting waiting. She didn’t fill out anyone else’s either I suggest getting her some help at the front desk ! It’s urgent for a reason. The emergency room would’ve been quicker than this.

My daughters (both over 18 years old) visited yesterday for a Covid test and the doctor was very unprofessional. He told them Covid isn’t a thing, he didn’t wear a mask and he also told them the vaccines do nothing and they shouldn’t have gotten the vaccinations. He also joked with them about being there for pregnancy tests and that their pregnancy tests came back positive. We don’t live in fear of Covid but we have had 2 family members die from complications of Covid so we do take it seriously. The doctor is entitled to his opinion but it wasn’t necessary to share it with my kids. I will also follow up with their office to file a formal complaint.

My mom came here and was given a wrong diagnosis and wrong medication. Since her symptoms were not getting better she tried to be seen again. She was told they had an appointment available so she left work early and got to the urgent care only to be told they could not see her because she owed money. My question is why didn't anyone tell her when she was first seen or over the phone?! She hadn't received any billing from them, but ended up making a partial payment while there. She had to go to the emergency room becauseof her pain, luckily a doctor there who actuall y cares for his patients was able to figure out the issue and provide proper medication. This place is ridiculous and unprofessional!

Absolute worst “Doctors” visit I’ve ever experienced. Wrong diagnosis , sent me home with out any help or any insite as to what was wrong with my health. And on top of having absolutely zero disregard for my health it seemed the doctors only objective was to make me feel stupid and to let me know that I don’t know anything . It was the women doctor I understand the male doctor is nicer (so I’ve been told). But if you want your self taken care of or a loved one I highly suggest you don’t take them to urgent care !
