Nice store. Estimated pickup time was 15-20 minutes, and it took an hour from order placement to receiving the food. Waited in the store for 30 minutes, where bags of food were sitting under the warmer completely ignored. It is very understandable if things get busy, but the website needs to reflect longer wait times to respect people’s time. There was no sense of apology for the long wait. AND our order wasn’t even complete when we opened it at home. I ordered 4 tenders and they gave us 3. Horrible service.

Never seen such a consistently terrible staff. They’ve managed to lower the standards at this location a significant amount, it’s almost impressive. Don’t expect anything but chewy gristle-filled chicken & soggy fries.

Ist time to visit. Love the wings and variety of sauces. The veggie sticks are fresh and crunchy. The cheese fries are good. I hope in future to canter some veggies lover. You can expand Veggies chicken menu such as nuggets or finger stick. 😄😄

Good food but couldn't finish my fries cuse of all that salt
