Toxic work environment. Terrible for customers AND employees. District manager only cares about the speed of service and nothing else, constantly rushing employees. Purely for profit. High SOS = many mistakes. Employees and shift managers are constantly stressed Constant rushing+ yelling + understaffed = why orders are missing things a lot of the time. They also barely train new employees. Terrible pay for the amount of work they put on one employee. They want employees to give "good" customer service but will refuse to do so themselves and/or prevent them from properly dealing with mistakes. Night manager will refry cold food. Slow nights chicken is usually vibing out, sometimes remade, sometimes refried. Moldy strawberries in the freezer. Could benefit by focusing on quality and customer service while maintaining a reasonable speed of service, instead of focusing purely on getting customers out of the drive-thru.

In a rush and need a decent meal...the chicken ceasar salad has never done me wrong. Always a fresh hot breast of chicken and fresh salad. Fills me up and keeps me on track for calories in the day.

Wendy's is a nice place to eat had lunch there today got the five for five good deal two other employees had lunch there to not with me they ate outside I guess they got their order wrong the one of them made a big deal out of it I heard her yelling all the way over from where I was sitting I guess I seen the other side of a co-worker and I didn't know people make mistakes we're all human they fixed it for her she was still mad I hope the poor kid didn't lose his job they even offered her free food good for Wendy's like I said it's a good place
