We ordered something online to do curbside pickup and were there like 30 to 45 minutes. There were people ahead of us also picking up stuff. Once you get there you text them what number your parked at and just depends how many people are there before you. Hope this helps.

It's a mad house in there lol! Visited the Carson location just yesterday actually, we didn't see many employees but there were TONS of customers shopping. Maybe they make it to where you can't contact the store directly because of how low staffed they are? At the end, didn't end up buying (nor found) what we were initially looking for lol!

Hi Molly I have picked up from different Ikeas and the number goes to their phone service and not the actual store. But you can file a complaint and they should either credit you or have you go to the store for the missing items or at times they can mail you the parts... I have done it in the pass.. hope that helped..

Best thing is to go to the store. I had to travel another store, an hour away, because the delayed delivery abd ny local stores were still out

U can actually add casters to almost anything. It's easier to move them around the house without lifting.. I have added them to several furniture around the house.. make sure it's the right size too..hope that answered your question.

I would most likely if they're not answering their phone I was just I know it's a waste of time you think and it's a waste of your gas but and I know you're frustrated I would just go ahead and just take it most receipts have their policy return on the back of them so look at tickets back if you received and maybe they do have a matter of fact and you see I should have my my Akira seat somewhere cuz most receipts have their policy of return on the back of it so look in the back of the receipt and it should tell you if they do have returned policy on the back of them that should help you out

Yes, they are open and yes there is a line to let you in. Plan to stand in line from 20 mins to an hour depending on what time you arrive. They do not allow anyone else in after 7:30 pm for safety reasons. If you know what you want, check online to make sure it is in stock before you go. Hope this helps.

Ikea can definitely help with the kitchen. I think also the laundry room, but maybe that's only Europe. I highly recommend planning to spend a couple of hours there to just browse. Worse case scenario you figure out what you don't like. They have a bistro there at the exit so you can get a snack (or meal) on the way in (or out).
