Absolutely love their cakes but I think it is ridiculous that they will not honor a $5 coupon either online or on the phone when placing an order ahead of time. The coupon was mailed to my home so obviously they want the business. Poor customer service in this regard. If they want people to come back for their cakes whether it is a pre-order or at the time of service they should honor the $5 off coupon. It makes me not want to get cakes from there anymore.

Y’al need to stay away from this place. Their policy is to MASK up even after I told them I had a medical issue that prevented this. They Cassandra Craig & Alexandria Browne said it was their policy. I then asked why are you treating me differently than others walking in here? You are discriminating against me. I know the deliveries you have gotten to this store is by a person that doesn’t wear a mask. This customer is wearing his mask under his chin. I said ok. Give me your cards. My attorney will be contacting you next.

Got a small birthday confetti cake for my daughter and although it looked great, she didn’t like the taste. She was really disappointed, and honestly tasted like pilsbury confetti cake mix from the store. I could of made her a cake for 8$ with everything this one had plus with better frosting. This frosting tasted like straight up cream cheese. Will never order here again , going to jewel next time for way better cheaper cake.Hi, Sneaky!
