No one answers the phone it takes about a week for them to send my medication and still hasn’t done so whoever answers the phone to make the appointment is extremely rude and she hangs up the phone or she doesn’t answer

Great staff, Nikki is very nice and caring. Dr. Patrick Pinchinat is also very understanding and caring, easy to talk to and makes me feel comfortable. Thank you so much everyone.

The Dr. never sees you he has you Zelle Nikki the money for your visit and then sends your scripts over to the pharmacy. You have no medical records and the people with insurance most likely he biils the insurance and you may be sending Nikki money thru Zelle as well. So glad I filed the complaints I was directed to do by an actual Dr. not a quack.
