GREAT customer services and a beautiful facility. Great prices however my hair remains hard no matter how much conditioner and products that I put in my hair it still remains feeling hard. Yes it was semi soft when I purchased the new hair at the store but once you wet/wash it. SMH. Alot of money down the drain. I want to remove this hair asap. The hair that I purchased online a year ago remains soft (like my hair texture) wet or dry and I've washed it at least 30 times.

The bundles are fine…do not buy their closures‼️…it’s sheds a lot leaving big bald spots…for it to be that expensive for a closure(not frontal) there should be minimal shedding. I tried reaching out to them no answer bc they don’t care and got there money.

Not the packaged buns in the beauty supply store sells. You can purchase bundles from here and make a desired bun.
