Attended the NWMF at the Marriott. The room was clean but not properly maintained. The toilet seat was missing a set of screws and I almost fell off the seat before I noticed this. The wallpaper is peeling off the wall behind the headboard (tacky). I had a package delivered to "hotel guest", with my name on it. It sat in the corner at the front desk all 4 nights I was there. I checked in receiving, checked at the front desk and no one could find it... I didn't have the tracking number so I couldn't track it. Once I got home it took 4 calls to the hotel to track it down, leaning in a corner at the front desk. It's a good hotel just constantly under staffed.

I just checked in at 10:00 this evening after a long travel day. Although I am very tired, I just had to find a place to leave a review commending Quinton at the registration desk. I’m a frequent traveler and stay in Marriott properties between 75-85 nights a year. Tonight, Quinton welcomed me better than anyone has at any property in years… He was a wealth of knowledge and really gave a personal touch to make sure I have a great stay. He is an absolute gem and has an amazing attitude and energy. Thank you, Quinton for making my evening!

Nice hotel with decent rooms. Breakfast costs $10 for the buffet so opting for the included breakfast costs less. Staff is very friendly. Only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that they no longer run the shuttle to the airport.

Tamika gave the best first impression! She was really sweet to me and my friend as we checked in. I was there for the Wisconsin Broadcasting awards, and if there was an award for customer service, I'd give it to her in a heartbeat. Additionally, my friends and I were all really impressed by everything and had a great time. Rooms were clean and comfy. Would recommend 👌
