When you go to Taco Bell at 11 You're usually not disappointed. Would have gave it five stars but they forgot my cinnamon twists

This is by far the WORST MANAGED Taco Bell in history. Took them half an hour to make a to go order. It wasn’t busy, they are just incompetent. The morning manager of this facility left the other two workers unattended to smoke in her car while orders were still not finished. Never order delivery or takeout from this place!
