This company is a factory! I went to YES because the credentials of Dr Aarup Kubal were excellent. This is not a review of Dr Aarup Kubal. It is a review of his practice. Dr Kubal is excellent. He is compassionate and thoroughly explains the situation and addresses any concerns one might have. He performed 3 surgeries on me for Glaucoma. Each time they weren’t successful. I believe part of the problem was due to the fact that he was not always available for the follow up. Even though Ispecifically requested Dr Aarup Kubal I saw 4 different doctors for the follow up. When I told the last one ithat I had double vision he told me to wear an eye patch! The technicians are all excellent too. Both the doctor and technicians are 5 star. The office management deserves the one star. No returned calls, arrogant, and condescending. To add insult to injury they dropped my insurance after the last surgery and stopped the follow up treatment to correct the problem. They won’t even renew my meds while in the transition. I asked for records to be sent to a new Ophthalmogist over 3 weeks ago. Each time I call they say it would be sent right away but still no records. Check them out and you will see that it is truly a factory with multiple locations and a dozen doctors or more.

I have been with Dr. Kubal for many many years. He is an excellent doctor. Very compassionate. Always takes his time with you. Addresses any questions and concerns you have. His staff in the Plantation & Weston offices are very polite and helpful. I have recommended several people who have been very satisfied as well.

After he did an amazing job during my mother's cataract surgery, Dr Kubal was the only one I could trust with Lasik. The result was great.
