Spent 3 years here from 2016-2018 this place accepts many foster kids and then keeps them as long as insurance will cover for money. Me and almost every person who I knew at the hospital still talks about the trauma we experienced here. From belittling and threats to full on bullying and neglect from the staff and nurses. I was overdosed on almost all of my medications including ones that are dangerous for children (Depakote and lithium) effects of which i still deal with including a autoimmue disorder gang behavior is encouraged by staff a d when I tried to hurt myself while in residential the doctor threatened to ask the cort to approved shock therapy. The only reason I was released was my bio father showing up (which anyone could have known was not a safe place for me to be discharged to.

Would you have to pay for food there? If so, would I have to bring cash or change?

If you are visiting there arent any options unless your a patient. Patient meals are covered through insurance and included in treatment. Visitors can bring food in for themselves and the patient they are visiting. No caffine is allowed and its generally a good idea to bring food that wasnt prepared at home. Hope this helps.

It's an involuntary bodily function that happens while you sleep. No one is punished for bedwetting and bullying in regards to students wetting the bed is chastised and not tolerated.

There are outpatient services at Crittenton that could help him. If it's an emergency, he should go to the ER.

Yes you can! The insurance company kicked my son out. We signed him out then admitted him right after signing him out.
