It's okay, but not for what they want to charge. They need to update the facilities to match the Venues that are out there today if they want to charge $995 for an evening rate. Its better updated banquet halls that charge a $650 flat rate and are way nicer.

You call 311 first but I went and the only one there. Very fast and friendly.
To answer your question, it is both. The upper level is a hall and the lower level is has a smaller meeting hall in which Council 4962 meets. Our council meeting is the second Tuesday of the month.
