I walk my service dog in there and he is a chihuahua as long as I watch out for kids he gets some good exercise in there but the outside area where there is grass has broken bottles so be careful

I've been able to get through, but only by calling repeatedly until the system puts me in the queue instead of just disconnecting. It's super frustrating but I had a shipping issue that needed to be resolved. If you're comfortable showing up in person that's probably your best bet.

Stoughton, MA is the only option, but it is well worth it, as this is a HUGE store with all the displays, the cafeteria, and the famous (infamous?!) warehouse area, where you push your own cart and load your own boxes. IKEA is the best!

IKEA is a great place to shop if you're able bodied. Very difficult for the handicapped. You need to go to the store to place an order. I hardly consider that on-line shopping.
