It's impossible to call IKEA and actually speak to someone. I would like to place and order but at the moment the site won't even let me do that. Do you have to physically go into the store to purchase something at this point?

I've been able to get through, but only by calling repeatedly until the system puts me in the queue instead of just disconnecting. It's super frustrating but I had a shipping issue that needed to be resolved. If you're comfortable showing up in person that's probably your best bet.

Yes. Nothing else seems to work. Even online pick up doesnt work, for me at least
