My child is currently being picked up over an hour past time school starts and being dropped off over two hours after school has been dismissed. They are blaming the "driver shortage" (which is no ones fault), but if you signed a contract with a school and assured them they would be serviced, that is what is expected. They are over working the drivers they do have, causing them to be rude to the children they drive last. The situation they're putting hundreds of families is unacceptable and disruptive to the children's' learning. 0/10 would not recommend any schools sign agreements with this bus company.

This company lacks ethics and professionalism… One day, a bunch of us parents didn’t even know where our kids were (for two full hours, we had to call 911). Buses are always running 1-2 1/2 hours late. Sometimes buses do not even show up for pick up or drop off… When you call, it is impossible to get to speak to someone… Plus I heard parents complaining some very young kids are being dropped off a couple blocks away from their homes… I really look forward for the improvements in this company, to change my review… The only positive they have is that the buses are newer and nicer…

Awful company. Read the other reviews and get the idea. I am shocked it has even 3.5 stars. I'm sure they have their employees write reviews for them. No one should trust this company with the lives of children.

The survival video on First Student School Bus still good for 1 year.
Probably because your street is not clean enough for the bus to come thru, they have to think about the lives that is currently on that bus at that time and if they feel it's not safe to come through then they avoid it. But they should give you all a snow route to go to for pickup. Or maybe the bus could be arriving a little later then usual and you are not at the stop at the time they arrive.
