My membership allows me to use different locations and I was skeptical coming back because of COVID. I have visited a couple of BSCs to see what everyone is doing in each club. After visiting the Dorchester location, I no longer have any concerns going there. The staff was very informative and friendly! They understood my concerns and talked me through everything they are doing to ensure the safety of the members. There's purell and cleaning supplies everywhere. They hired an outside cleaning company and the club is the cleanest it has ever been (in my opinion). I also had a couple of questions about my membership and management was able to help me out and explained everything to me. A+ for customer service experience!
