I don't know how the actual facility is but be cautious if you're visiting and park in 1 of the 3 marked "Visitor" parking spots. I assume the gentleman who runs the facility or thinks he actually owns the place will have a HUGE issue with you parking there. I work footsteps away from the place and when I get dropped off my girl goes to work so its convenient and easy access to park there, considering it says "Visitor" and its a city owned facility with no private parking signs or a tow sign. I'm also only parked in the spot literally long enough to switch drivers then the car leaves. Apparently him threatening to "tow" the car is supposed to scare me. Considering its 100% legal to park there and he has no right to say other wise. So if you can actually park there then maybe you can enjoy the actual facility but be aware of the guard grimlin as he is very vicious from his truck and thinks he actually owns the parking spot. Ps. I will continue to park there until i see a sign that says otherwise. Also even a sign of such is a less than 10min tow time. So even the 1 minute the car is actually parked there still isn't enough time for a tow truck to even arrive. Have a nice day.
