No, you do not. Just let them know at the front that you are coming in to see the eye doctor.
That is a Costco issue, as we are located inside Costco. If the frame s in good condition, Costco should be able to use it. Again, we are independent so I cannot fully speak for them. We are, however, able to give you the exam and you can take the prescription wherever you wish.
