I have had the pleasure and the displeasure of Physical Therapy Now, specifically the one located in Hialeah. First of all, the PT’s are amazing!! They are all very patient and concerning of your well being. They explain in detail what you need and are very empathetic, caring, knowledgeable and genuinely care about you as a patient. They make the experience, although sometimes excruciatingly painful worth it because it’s in your best interest. I CANNOT HOWEVER SAY THE SAME ABOUT THE THE SUPPOSED MANAGER ON-SITE . The so called Mgr there, Mirelis is extremely rude, unprofessional, no patient ethics whatsoever. Constantly complaining in front of patients about her job and being rude to other patients that I feel didn’t even have the ability to defend themselves. This is unacceptable. A lot of the patients there are elderly and GOD only knows if this is the only facility that they are able to go to and be treated like this. I would lose my mind if my parent was treated in this manner. I am not one to be silenced and only stayed because of the amazing care I was getting from the PT’s . If it weren’t for them I would never have continued coming.
