Today, I met one of KFC staff here I find so rude. He is a white guy wearing a black cap with a black shirt.

Stick to using the drive-thru here if possible. I encountered no problems when ordering at the drive-thru. However, going inside was a different story. There was a homeless man who locked himself in the bathroom for hours at this particular location. I think he was attempting to bathe himself using the sink. I had to use the bathroom and he wouldn’t get out. The indoor dining area is so-so but this place really attracts some characters.

Ordered 2 combos but they only gave me one fries, should’ve gotten 2. No straws, no sauces though I did ask for KFC sauce and Ranch. Awful service!

I didnt know they dont take phone call orders so I called them. I ordered something and the lady went “seriously!” And hung up im my face. Im really mad and this wasnt a good experience.
