Terrible experience. Would not deposit my payroll check so I could pay my mortgage. Go to any other branch and they would but not this one. Go somewhere else.

The manager Ronald is extremely unprofessional and does not seem to want to WOW anyone. Although i have NEVER filed a complaint about anyone i notified the cx servuce hotline and they assured me his boss would be calling. She never did. So after being with TD bank for Upwards of 20 years i will be removing my savings and checking account and going to DCU where i hear they have great customer service.

Anyone who can avoid using this TD Bank should avoid it. Once the girl who attended me did not give me the deposit slip that I made, and today the inexperienced one took an account statement instead of a receipt. I had to return to get the deposit
