Charged $15 for an eye row SHAPE UP (customary is $12). When I walked in the wax person was scrubbing her own feet in one of the pedicure chairs (not even sure if she washed her hands before she did my brows). This is why I drive all the way to Olathe or Overland Park or Lenexa to get my nails and brows done normally. This js the type of service you only get in Kansas City, KS.

The pedicure was great. I sat with my friends talking while we were letting our nails dry for about 15 min and the lady came over to us and told us “you’ve been here for a while now” basically telling us to leave. Poor customer service, no one was even waiting. We will not be coming back.
