My mother was there yesterday and had a bad experience! She is disabled and doesn't get out of the house very much. She finally got to get her hair and today she is devistated. She didn't realize what was before she left because the lady made her leave with soaking wet hair. It is nothing what she wanted. Today she won't even look in the mirror!!
