It is a good place for a walk. We had come earlier in spring, and had spent 1 hour walking in the woods. Total length is is around 6 miles. We are returning here during winter.

Well, some trails can accommodate a mountain bike but they tend to be very rocky. I wouldn't advise it. I tried and gave up. Hiking and trail running are excellent on the trails.
I did see one with some people jumping in. I am nor sure where it is located as I was on the water and it was my first time there. I do know that when I was just there, there was about 2 ft of bottom pond growth everywhere. I'm not sure you would want to.
