Great brewery with a good hazelnut stout and sours on when I went. Some good ipas as well. Indoor and outdoor seating. Only cons is it may be loud when busy, and they don't do flights. About $50 for two splitting a meal and some beers.

Very friendly place to have a beer. Great service and great folks. They have a wide variety of various beer styles to choose from. Someone will find something they like. The food is unexpectedly good. The downside is they don't offer flights of beer. If you are anywhere in the area it is certainly worth a stop.

Giving it 5 stars because this place is one of the few good places around this part of town! Loved the hopload hazy IPA, the marathon wheata and their wild cherry sours! Highly recommend those 3. Wings and nachos were popular as well. All in all...if you're in Hopkinton and you like beer then you must visit.

Start Line Brewing Tap Room is back open Wednesday & Thursday 12-7pm, Friday and Saturday 12-8pm and Sunday 12-6pm. We are renovating the kitchen so we regret it will be a few months before we have food available (but you are welcome to bring your own during this period). Hope to see you soon!
The brewery is expanding to take over the entire building.
For the month of January there is a good truck there on Wednesday nights. Once the expansion is completed this spring they should be serving food in a daily basis, until then they encourage bringing something with you or having a local place deliver to you while you are there.
They might be more open to dogs this summer after the Seasonal Patio is completed.
12 to 8 Friday and Saturday, 12 to 6 Sunday, 12 to 7 on Wednesday and Thursday... Closed Monday and Tuesday.
