i moved to Palm Springs month ago and have no idea where to go when I got sick , And glad I choose this place , I try to not pay attention to some negative reviews because I know it’s all depends on the person and how he view things in general ,,,, for me I have great experience there the front desk was nice fell out the forms that’s needed then 30 minutes I was in room waiting the Dr , Dr was fast got me some quick test , I have strip throat Dr send me some antibiotics to my pharmacy and gave me paper for work .The process take about an hour or so . I will be back for sure if I needed to and highly recommend place .

I remember reading this place previously but I have been going to Desert Oasis healthcare for 17 years. It has definitely improved in the last couple of years because the space used for immediate care has become much larger. The wait time seems to be shorter and I went and was tested for strep throat and covid and have the results back in 20 minutes then they immediately put me on an infusion drip that they use for vaccinated people to help lessen the effects and it was very very effective and other than sore throat which one away the following day all I experienced was a few days of feeling somewhat weaker sell all in all I would say that they are an effective organization very friendly and seem to be on top of things

DOHC member, I came in with an bad infection that was later diagnosed as cellulitis. When they were told it was work-related, they insisted I have the appropriate paperwork, so I left. Speaking with my employer, they shared that going through the Workers Comp process can drag out a while. With the infection worsening, I returned to DOHC IC offering to pay cash, THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME. I went to Eisenhower IC and was helped immediately. I've heard from various members of the medical community here that DOHC's stock response is NO. Policy over patient health it seems.
