Amazing staff Trina and Chuck got us approved fast. Our studio is huge and it has been beautifully remodeled. Great location for an affordable price. However 😡. I informed the office the in our GATED assigned parking spots my neighbor hit my car. They told me I could park in handy cap by my apartment door. Not gated area. Just informed me someone complained and said they have to let cops write a ticket on private property if the cops come. Dumb ..... Just unbelievable. Oh guy drunk was just lying face down drunk in road I hade to let the ambulance in the gate to check on him

It's hard to get anything done here. Alot of homeless people jumping the gate, dirty pool, laundry has 9 washers for 190 Apts. This place needs fixing up. For the rent they charge this should be paradise. They should demolish this place.

I moved into this residency in October 2020. I had a studio and absolutely loved it. The bathroom was so beautiful I loved the size and the kitchen was also a full size it really made my space feel large. I recently moved into a one bedroom loft and I love it. The space is beautiful countertops sparkle and the windows make the space feel so open. The property is kept up so well. The pool is great and has more then enough seating for everyone to lounge. The fire pit is really fabulous during the chilly winter nights. I really feel a sense of community. Tina and Chuck have really done a great job on this property. They are so great at getting anything fixed quick and very great at helping and getting back to you very quickly. They really set the tone to this community and the tone is fabulous. I recommend this property to anyone who wants to live downtown Palm Springs and feel safe and taking care of.
