AVOID! The first time I went to this urgent care, I went in for chest pain, so they gave me an EKG and told me that I needed to take an ambulance to the main hospital "right away!" I called my Son instead, who then drove me to the hospital for more tests. At the main Eisenhower hospital ER doctor looked at me after the tests and said, "I don't know why urgent care sent you here... You have the heart of an athlete." I know why Eisenhower Urgent Care in LQ lied and made me panic into getting more tests at the main hospital. Money. (I was billed for, and had to pay a couple thousand in unnecessary medical bills.) This last time I went to Eisenhower LQ urgent care, the attending doctor told me I needed a catheter, and I needed to carry around a urine bag just LIKE HE DOES due to urinary problems. So, again I went for further testing, and the doctor told me there was no need whatsoever for a catheter set-up. It was a simple case of heat stress crystallizing uric acid in my system due to our intense weather. The LQ Eisenhower Urgent Care is like Ruth's Chris Steak House. They will make you fearful and try to up-sell you in order to make money. The nurse was rude and cut me off when I tried to speak, the doctor also just talked over me when I attempted to explain what was going on, and generally speaking, this staff was not in any way interested in listening to the patient. They simply made decisions based on their assumed superior knowledge without bothering to open the book to read a few pages. AVOID! You can't give a no-stars rating on Google, or that is the rating I would apply to the La Quinta Eisenhower Urgent Care facility.

Took my daughter here after she fainted and was turned away. Wasn't due to insurance or payment. They wouldn't even take her blood pressure or vitals to make sure she was okay.

I am extremely upset and disappointed with this place and I will not be coming back. I went in on Monday with bad congestion and a bad earache that I had been experiencing for a week. They did a nose swab for Covid, but it was also tested for the flu. All came back negative and the dr said I just have a bad cold. Due to my agreement of having some shortness of breath and a cough from the congestion, the dr deemed an inhaler more necessary than antibiotics. I had asked her if she was sure about that because I really felt like I needed some sort of medication. She said just to get Flonase. It is now Thursday and my earache has been 100% worse since then and I am 100% positive it is a middle ear infection. I have been up all night in extreme pain and with extreme nausea. I don’t feel anything I came in for on Monday was taken seriously. I don’t want to go back here again because they charge me to go each time and I will not give these people any more of my money. If it turns out I end up having any serious complications from this ear infection I’m 100% suing them.
