Great quality meat and smoked to perfection. Ribs fell off the bone, literally. Pulled pork had a great bark mixed in. Brisket was exceptionally tender with a good smoke ring. Delicious baked beans! We ordered the pit master family meal so we could try some of each meat…. It’s A LOT of meat. The kicked up corn seams like their signature side, we liked it. Very welcoming and had a “small town” vibe.

This place absolutely rocks. Unpretentious very reasonably priced barbecue. Plus they have items that you'll never find at a typical barbecue place. The kicked up corn and the little wimpy burgers for $2 are amazing. I love the ribs and their brisket it's spot-on.

If you come to Salem and you don’t come to this place you dropped the ball. Good is absolutely insane. The staff is great. I had never been here before so I asked em what I should get. They told me to get a brisket Mac and cheese sandwich …

Better call for hours. Usually they close whenever they are out of food.
They do but I am not sure of the cost. They were pretty reasonable on prices when I was there

I can't tell you what exactly comes on their sandwiches. Did I can tell you that the Wimpy Burgers & BBQ are all completely awesome! It's also ran by The Goodfellows so it's all for a very good cause

The sauce is the part I'd double check... it's not designed for celiac but many items are friendly to that restriction given it's mostly meat.
