Been here almost a year. Where my apartment is located it's nice and quiet, I have noticed some of my neighbors leaving after only being here a few months. It could be due to the price of rent they charge here. While it is a nice place to live, you'd think that with the amount of rent you'd pay monthly that they would put better quality into building these units. The floors are super creaky, one of the bathrooms whistles everytime we turn the water on.the carpet was put in poorly in our bedroom, my dog stepped on what was either a screw or a nail in the carpet that was sticking out.also this area has a huge issue with roaches and ants. I'm not sure if they have anyway of helping out their tenants with that, but iften see roaches wat. I can spray my unit but I often see roaches walking down the sidewalks. But like I said it's nice and quiet here, my jeighbors are moving though. I hope I don't get noisey neighbors moving in next.

Rent is so high that even working at $18.50 an hour full time to include 70% disabled veteran. I don't make enough to live here, prices are unreasonably high but thats just due to sacristy. I have a better chance of renting a multi-room house across the street than a single bedroom home here. Hope they put their prices within reason soon.

I have lived here at Homecomings for almost 3 yrs. I cant really complain much. Everything has been great. If I have any issues, I always reach out and it gets fixed. Also maintenance is always on top. Every time I put in a request they come within the hour if not the next day. One of the maintenance guys is Carlos , he is very friendly and always very helpful. Thank you!
