DO NOT SHOP HERE! I went in with my husband today to buy some pieces for an event tomorrow. I had 8 blouses that I was purchasing but needed to try out first due to their NO RETURN policy. It was 8:08pm. The place closes at 9pm. The fitting rooms were closed and they stated that they were already closed because they had too much work to do. My husband asked if they can make an exception for me because I had a lot of pieces and the manager/owner Chinese lady said NO. My husband asked her if the rather loose the business? We had over $200 in merchandise we were planning on purchasing…! She then said DONT CARE and walked away! Rude..! Unprofessional and flat out STUPID! I don’t see how they are in business! NO RETURN POLICY AND THEY CLOSE THEIR FITTING ROOMS..? WOW DO THEY REALIZE THEY NEED REPEAT CUSTOMERS TO SURVIVE? it is sad because it is a nice location but sadly they do not know how to run it and at this pace they will be closed soon. DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY WOULD GET NO STARS BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE TO AT LEAST RATE THEM 1! SO SAD..

We encounter a much pleasant store associate / cashier super nice , it was mid day on a Wednesday, not sure about other shifts 😀 selection was ok , make sure you try it on , some items seem smaller than the actual size. No returns, but they do store credit and it never expires 😀 they were able to locate my receipts from the card I used.

Never come to this store, worst experience ever! I bought two dresses here, but find it doesn’t fit after coming home. When I want a return, they said it’s their policy I can’t have a return! They only give me a credit, I said it’s ok. But today when I come back to use my credits, they said I must take the original receipt, or they can’t find my credit! There is no record for my traction! How ridiculous their policies, first time met! The owner is rude and had bad attitude towards me.

Poor customer service. The owners had really bad attitudes. I bought a dress because it fit, so I didn’t worry about the two week return policy because it fit and I was going to wear it. Well the first time I wore it, one of the straps broke. Tried to return it by explaining what happened and asked for a refund, said they won’t do anything. I know it was past two weeks, but all I did was wear it once and the strap just broke. Won’t come back.
