Came to exchange a few items for my daughter since I got the wrong size, cashier was very rude and not helpful, when I gave her my information for my return she said she couldn’t find me in the system. Which is very odd because I was able to log in with the information I gave her and to be sure I confirmed my number on the app.. so now I’m upset because it seems as if she didn’t want to do the return, ended up not exchanging and just doing a refund. Won’t support business who aren’t willing to help their customers.
